1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services

Web Design Sutton Coldfield provides web design, web development, ecommerce solutions, and SEO services. The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project will be detailed in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide content, images, and other materials in a timely manner
  • Provide timely feedback on designs and deliverables
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Make sure you have the rights to all content and materials you provide

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are:

  • 50% deposit due before work begins
  • 50% balance due before final files are handed over or the site goes live
  • For projects over £10,000, we may agree to milestone-based payments

Late payments may result in project delays. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final design and front-end code we create for your project. We retain the right to:

  • Display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Use the work for award submissions and case studies

Third-party software, plugins, and stock imagery remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

Our standard packages include 2 rounds of revisions at the wireframe stage and 2 rounds at the design stage. Additional revisions beyond these may be charged at our standard hourly rate or quoted separately.

Scope changes requested after approval of a stage may require a revised quote and timeline.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If we have completed work beyond the deposit value, you agree to pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Web Design Sutton Coldfield's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
